Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority applicable to you. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

OpenCSN is an API gateway that forwards your requests to AI models from various suppliers and returns the answers through an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. OpenCSN is not a model supplier and does not own those models.

The Service uses prepaid balance. Input and output prices per 1 million tokens are shown in the model catalog and on the pricing page. Prices and model availability may change; changes apply to later usage and are shown in the catalog before they take effect.

3. Accounts and API key security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your account credentials confidential. Activity performed with your account is your responsibility.

An API key is shown only once when created. Store it securely. We cannot display the secret again; if it is lost, create a new key and revoke the old one. You can rotate or revoke API keys from the console.

Contact [email protected] immediately if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account or API key.

4. Balance and pricing

Prepaid balance is deducted according to token usage at the prices listed in the catalog when the request is processed. Applicable bonuses and discounts are shown on the pricing page.

Balance cannot be transferred to another account and does not earn interest. If the balance is insufficient, the request is rejected.

5. Refunds

Added balance cannot be withdrawn. Incorrect charges can be corrected by returning the incorrect amount to the account balance after we verify the cause.

If we close your account without a violation as the cause, we return the unused balance to the account or to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Send content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
• Use the Service to distribute malware or attack other systems.
• Resell access in a way that violates the model supplier terms.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the operation of the gateway.

Violations may lead to rate limiting, suspension, or account closure under section 9.

7. Content and data

You retain your rights to the input you send and the output you receive, subject to the model supplier terms. You are responsible for ensuring that you may use that input.

OpenCSN does not store the content of your requests or responses in its own systems. That content is forwarded to the model supplier to produce the answer and is governed by that supplier policy. We use it only to forward the request and do not use it to train models.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue a model. Outages at model suppliers are outside our control.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these Terms, abuse, unpaid amounts, or legal obligations. We give notice by email unless immediate suspension is needed to prevent harm or a legal breach.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion at [email protected].

10. Intellectual property

The OpenCSN name, logo, code, and documentation are protected by law. These Terms grant you no licence other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with them. Model supplier names and brands remain their property.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that model output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating output before using it.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or your account balance, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or lost data.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Indonesia after an attempt at amicable resolution through [email protected].

13. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms. Material changes are announced in the console or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The version and effective date are shown on this page.
